How much does shipping cost?

We offer flat-rate shipping and handling rates of $4.95 for Standard Shipping and $7.95 for Expedited Shipping. Because we do not believe the customer should be penalized for shipping, we have set lower prices for the items in our store to compensate for the shipping and handling costs. This is one of the reasons our products cost less than those of other retailers.

When will my order be delivered?

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days of order placement. Standard Shipping usually takes an additional 3-7 days until delivery and Expedited Shipping usually takes an additional 2-4 days until delivery. Please keep in mind that we only process orders during the business week (Monday - Friday) and that shipping may be delayed around major holidays.

Where will you ship to?

We currently only ship to addresses located within the domestic United States. This includes PO Box addresses and we will also ship to APO/FPO addresses.

What shipping carriers and methods do you use?

Most orders are shipped through the U.S. Postal Service using either First-Class Mail® or Priority Mail®. This allows orders to be delivered even on Saturdays.

Why didn't I receive my order?

In most cases, your order is usually still in transit. However, if you believe there is a problem with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
